We went to a concert in the Showroom so it was very convenient. We really liked the pool, especially the outdoor sloping pool - perfect for lounging.
No coffee maker in the room.
The pool was good and I like the club and coffee bar.
Playing country music in the "Hard Rock" hotel. The hotel staff didn't seem very accomodating except for in the restaurant and coffee bar, they were great!
For the price, the room was clean, comfortable beds, would be a good place for a family to stay and was close to unm Hospital. Good location.
The slot machines at the casino. Had to many penny machines. Would like to have more of the quarter machines.
Enjoyed my stay and being able to go downstairs and gamble anytime.
Stayed because we were there to attend Tesla Concert.
Had hard time operating tv. Wouldn't power on and kept clicking and then finally came on after pushing buttons numerous times.
Was easily entertained within the hotel/casino area
The tv channel selection was horrible - they did not have any premium channels nor was the reception good. Also the phone reception within the hotel for my cell phone was horrible I would drop calls like crazy!!!
The fact that you really didn't have to leave the hotel for entertainment. Casino is great and having restaurants in the hotel is a plus.
Being far from the City.
Staff was very nice. Restaurants were not expensive and had excellent food. And the best part is that I won! :)
I booked the room 2 1/2 weeks before for 3adults 1 child and 1 infant. We were given 1 king size bed. We were given a roll away but that was not what I had booked.
nice pool, decent food
employees were rude on at least 3 occaisions. surprising as the rest of the experience was good
liked how the rooms were set up and easy to get around in facilities.
I was not impressed with the location away from downtown and not enough tv stations to wathch. missed A:E discovery history and usa networks
The room was very nice. I enjoyed breakfast at the snack bar. It wa alot of fun with friends.
They did not honor thier promise of stay one night get $ 40 back in free play. We were there with four other couples. All of them got their free play. I was told that I was not going to get the free play. That let me know that your word is not something you value. So the next time I will know.I will also let others know to check carefully before they book their room.
The rooms where really nice. The beds where so comfortable. The food was well priced and very taste. The workers where very friendly. Me and the people I was with all had a really good time and would stay there again.
The only thing that I did not like or would suggest they fix was the business center. It only had one computer to use and it could be a while before it was your turn. I would suggest getting at least one more or two more computers.
Very clean. Room was large and comfortable. Wait staff and porters were very friendly.
Location was far from central Albuquerque. Shopping very sparse.
The food was really good and prices reasonable.
Rooms were not as soundproof as they should have been for such a great hotel!
